Steve joined Wall Street Private Equity Group as a Senior Vice-President in 2007. From 1997 to 2007 he was President of SCB Funding, a mortgage company located in South Florida. Steve brings significant financial and operating expertise as a senior executive of a company that experienced great success. Prior to 1997, Steve worked as an owner operator of a chain of retail clothing stores. Steve received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida.

Marvin D. Schachter has more than twenty-five years of experience serving as the former president of Pension & Profit Sharing Consultants, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Island University and attended Brooklyn Law School. He was an Associate Member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries and has lectured extensively on business and financial matters for many businesses and professional organizations.

Irving Klondar- Senior Vice President

Irving Klondar has twenty-one years of experience in the commercial banking field, specializing in commercial and commercial real estate lending. Irving worked for fifteen years as the CEO of a manufacturing company and fifteen years as a developer of mobile home parks. Irving received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and did one year of post-graduate work.

Michael Staggs - Vice President

Michael Staggs attended Southern Illinois University. His backgorund is in communications and marketing. Mr. Staggs joined Wall Street Private Equity in 2011.
